코로나 사태로 우리의 삶에 다양한 변화가 나타나고 있습니다.교회도 사회도 당황스러운 상황을 접하고 있습니다. 학생들,자영업자들,기업들 모두 혼란스러운 위치에 놓여있습니다. 예상치 못하고,준비되지 않은 상태에서 다가온 충격이라 그 강도가 상상을 초월합니다.
그래서 이 시기를 잘 준비해야 합니다.그렇지 않으면 공동체의 공멸함을 볼 수 있습니다. 우리의 현실은 낭만적이지 않는것도사실입니다. 그렇다고 절망적이라고 할 수 없습니다.희망의메세지들과실천들이 있기 때문입니다. 중요한 것은 희망의 메세지들을간과하는 것이 아니라 실천으로 이어져야 한다는 것입니다. 아래는 코로나 이후의 교회의 역할이라는 글을 입니다.
“교회는 첫째로,경쟁적 소비주의를 회개해야 합니다.”
교회와 성도는 그 어느 때보다.잘 준비해야 합니다. 당장은 준비된 재정으로 견딜 수 있습니다.또한 국가의 도움으로 한숨은 돌릴 수 있습니다. 국가가 지원하는 재난기금은함께 견디어 내자는 응원금입니다. 그러므로공짜라생각하지 말고 지혜롭게 써야 합니다.
그러나 근본적으로 금융 위기를 맞이할 수 있습니다.그 시간을 잘 감당해야 합니다.
우리는 그동안 경쟁적으로 소비를 해 왔습니다.부동산,주식,사교육,여행,유행에 대한 민감한 반응 등에 경쟁적으로 지출하며 살았습니다.그래서 무의식 가운데 소비주의 우상의 노예가 되었습니다. 소비를 자랑했고 홍보했습니다. 교회도 그 소비경쟁에참가자 였습니다.
화려한 건물,대단한 시스템,놀라운 스펙을 추구하고, 그래서 소명 의식보다는 허례 의식이 강조됐습니다. 교회를 선택하는 조건도 주차장,자녀 교육,성공의 필요도,성도의 수준,또래 집단의 숫자등을살피고.말씀은 중요하지만 실제로 우선순위는 아닙니다. 얼마든지 온라인을 통해 좋은 말씀을 들을 수 있다는 생각이 있습니다. 그러다 보니 교회들이 소비 경쟁에 열심을 냅니다.그러나 이것은 교회의 양극화를 가져왔고 마침내 공멸을 가져오고 있습니다.
이제 그 경쟁을 멈춰야 합니다.코로나라는재앙 앞에 우리의 모습을 돌아보아야 합니다. 경쟁적 소비를회개하고 정상적 소비에 힘써야 합니다. 정상적 소비는 일용한 양식으로 만족하다는 훈련입니다.교만의 죄와 원망의 죄에서 벗어나서 자족의 삶을 살 수 있어야 합니다. 이럴때 주님의 은혜를 경험하고 서로 짐을 질 수 있을 것입니다.
“둘째 지역교회와 선교지는 고난을 함께 나눠야 합니다.”
세상의 기업, 사회뿐 아니라 교회도 재정적인 어려움에 봉착합니다. 그러므로,교회도 재정 운영에 지혜가 필요합니다. 그래서 고난의 시간을 잘 이겨내야 합니다.교회는 무엇보다도 자신을 잘 돌아보고 직분자들이지혜를 잘 모아야 합니다.직분자를 세움은 이러한 위기를
이길 수 있는 지혜를 나누기 위함이기도 합니다.초대 교회 순교의1순위는 직분자였습니다.그들의 순교자가 오늘 교회를 존재하게 한 것입니다. 그러므로 더욱 깨어 기도하고 하나님의 지혜를 구하여야 합니다.그것이 교회를 지키는 사명입니다.
그리고 교회가 어려우면 반드시 함께 고통을 나눠야 하는 영역이 있습니다.바로선교지입니다.경제적 위기의 순간에 가장 아픈 것이 선교입니다. 교회가 어려우면 선교비부터끊는것이 아니라 선교의 끈을 함께 지며 어려움을 함께 지고 동역해야합니다.코로나 이후의 교회의 모습을 생각하며 함께 하나님이 원하시는 교회가 되길 위해 기도해주시기 바랍니다.
The corona crisis is changing a lot in our lives. Churches and societies are
faced with unexpected situations. Students, self-employed, and companies
are all in a chaotic position, unexpected, shocked, and it’s beyond
our imagination and we must prepare well for this pandemic. You can see
the desperation of the community. It is true that our current situation is
nowhere near glamorous, but I truly believe that there are hopes of
messages all around us. The important thing is not to overlook the
messages of hope, but to lead them to action.

Church and congregations must prepare better than ever.
Meanwhile you are able to live on with the money you have saved up so
far and with the help from the government momentarily.
The state-funded disaster fund is a support fund to endure together.
Therefore, don't think it's free, but let’s use it wisely.
We have lived competitively on real estate, stocks, private education, travel, and sensitive reactions to fashion. Unconsciously, we have become a slave to
the idol of consumerism. In addition, SNS served as a window of
consumption. People boasted about what they ate, drank, and purchased.
The church was also an active participant in the awful consumption
competition. In the meantime, the church has been pursuing gorgeous
buildings, great systems, and amazing specs. So the emphasis was on the
material things rather than the calling.
"Second, local churches and mission fields must share suffering."
Not only the world's businesses and societies, but church faces
financial difficulties as well. Therefore, the church also needs wisdom in
financial management. We have to overcome the time of suffering. Above
all, the church needs to look back on itself. We also need to share the
wisdom to overcome this crisis. We must pray more and seek the wisdom
of God. We must walk the path of suffering together. Missionary fields also go through the most painful moment of economic crisis as well. The on
going preparation of the missionaries is also necessary and important.
We must not let go of the missionaries support at any moment and we
must carry the pain together and also the way of companionship in Christ.
We look forward to many blessings to come once we overcome the path
of suffering together. We must pray and bear burdens together for a better
future ahead of us.
